umm... little confused about the translation. cheese in the style of the dauphin? potatoes in the same? cheesy potatoes? you have the french dictionary.

dauphin made in the cheesy style of potatoes au gratin? I don´t understand. I´m not even really clear on the idea of a dauphin. Sadly, my main knowledge of a Dauphin comes from Star Trek. Shoot me now.
