My source on this would be the teachers of my Evolutionary Medicine class (a parisitologist, a guy who does evolutionary stuff, and an MD). What I was trying to get at was that there doesn't seem to be any health detriment to us directly when we eat food that's had chemicals used on it. You have to go a couple more steps out to find out why organic's better.
